Participants may be reluctant to attend and demonstrate a degree of resistance to some aspects of the agreed programme.  The course content and style of delivery is designed to avoid conflict while achieving desired outcomes.
  • EQUILIBRIUM will consult with you so that we understand how your organisation works and how you would expect to improve your organisation through training;
  • We will produce a draft outline of the design and delivery process to act as a discussion document for preparatory work, format and content;
  • EQUILIBRIUM will write the text and produce the master documentation for the supplementary literature accompanying face-to-face delivery, and incorporate any of your own material that you would like included;
  • We will work in cooperation with your training administration staff to retain any house style you may have developed;
  • We will help you set up mechanisms to evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of the solution
